I tried to cancel my ride the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be. The website kept sending me in circles, and when I finally gave up and called, I was on hold for ages, because apparently canceling a simple booking needs to be a whole event.
By the time I got through, they told me I was past the cancellation window and would still be charged a fee. Support was slow and not very helpful either. I wouldn’t book again unless they make the cancellation rules way clearer
